These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the muzain platform, including the muzain app for users and the muzain Business App for service providers (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using the muzain platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Definitions

User: Any individual using the muzain app to browse and book services from registered service providers. Service Provider: A business or freelancer using the muzain Business App to offer services such as beauty treatments, spa services, or similar offerings.
Platform: Refers to both the muzain app and the muzain Business App collectively.

2. Legal Compliance

muzain operates under Egyptian laws. If the platform expands to other jurisdictions, these Terms will be updated accordingly to comply with local legal requirements.

3. Accounts and Registration

For Users
Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, email address, and other required details when creating an account.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and all activities occurring under their credentials.
Accurate Information: Providing false or outdated information may result in account suspension.

For Service Providers

Eligibility: Service providers must be legally authorized to operate their business and provide the services they list on the platform.
Business Account Creation: Accurate details such as business name, location, services, and contact information must be provided and verified through the muzain Business App.
Account Security: Service providers are responsible for safeguarding their business accounts and all related activities.

4. Use of the Platform

For Users

Permitted Use: Users may browse services, book appointments, and communicate with service providers via the muzain app.
Prohibited Use: Users must not misuse the platform for unlawful purposes, including providing false information or interfering with app functionality.

For Service Providers

Permitted Use: Service providers can manage bookings, update listings, and communicate with users through the muzain Business App.
Prohibited Use: Service providers must not engage in fraudulent activities, offer unauthorized or illegal services, or provide inaccurate information about their business or services.

5. Appointment Changes and Cancellations

For Users

Rescheduling: Users can reschedule appointments through the app or by directly contacting the service provider within the time frame specified by the provider (e.g., 24 or 48 hours before the appointment).
Cancellations: Users must adhere to the service provider's cancellation policy. Late cancellations may incur charges as defined by the provider.

For Service Providers

Policies: Service providers must clearly communicate their cancellation and rescheduling policies to users during the booking process.
No-Shows: Providers may charge no-show fees, up to 100% of the service value, in accordance with their stated policies.

6. Payments and Fees

For Users

Payment Methods: Payments can be made through muzain’s payment system or directly with the service provider, as determined during booking.
Advance Payments: Service providers have the right to require advance payments to secure bookings. These payments are non-refundable in cases of no-shows or cancellations outside the allowed timeframes.
Refunds for Online Payments: If a user cancels a booking within the permitted timeframe after making an online payment, the amount will be refunded to their in-app wallet after deducting the service fee. This balance can be used for future bookings within the app.
Promo Codes: Users can apply promo codes provided by service providers or muzain. Each code is subject to specific terms, including expiration dates and applicable services. Misuse of promo codes may result in their cancellation.

For Service Providers

Payment Processing: muzain facilitates payments as an intermediary. Funds collected from users are transferred to the service provider after applicable fees are deducted.
Service Fees:
muzain reserves the right to charge users a service fee for improving and maintaining platform operations. In cases of cash payments, the service provider is responsible for collecting the service fee on behalf of muzain and remitting it to the platform.
For service providers with physical locations: muzain charges a percentage on the first booking made by a new customer.
For online service providers (freelancers): muzain charges a percentage on every booking.
The exact percentage is outlined in individual agreements and may change with prior notice.

7. Service Provider Responsibilities

Accurate Listings: Service providers must keep their business profiles updated, including services, pricing, and availability.
Verification: Identity and business location verification through the muzain Business App is mandatory. Failure to verify may lead to account suspension.
Compliance with Laws: Providers must comply with all local laws and regulations, including licensing and health standards.

8. Health and Safety Information

For Users

Health Disclosures: Users are responsible for disclosing any health conditions (e.g., allergies) that could affect the services they book. muzain and service providers are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

For Service Providers

Health and Safety Compliance: Service providers must adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for their services.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

For Users

Service Quality: muzain connects users with service providers but does not guarantee the quality, availability, or safety of services.
Limitation of Liability: muzain is not liable for damages arising from platform use or services provided by third-party providers.

For Service Providers

Indemnification: Service providers agree to indemnify muzain against claims, damages, or losses related to their business activities.
Responsibility for Services: Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer via muzain.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the muzain platform, including logos, text, and software, is owned by muzain or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.

11. Updates to Terms of Service

muzain reserves the right to update these Terms as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may discontinue using the platform.

12. Account Termination

For Users:

You can delete your account through the app’s settings.

For Service Providers:

Providers can request account termination or data transfer to another platform by contacting muzain support.
